About MV Founded 2026 · Mt. Shasta, CA

We built this company
because we believe AI
should work for everyone,
not just companies
with big budgets.

We grew up in tech, leading engineering at Apple and Netflix. We watched AI transform how those companies operate from the inside. We also watched that transformation stay confined to a very small set of companies. We came home to change that.

The Story

Why we're
doing this.

In 2024 Mira and Vince came home to Mt. Shasta, where Mira was born and raised, where we built our house and put down real roots after four years traveling this country and falling in love with the communities that make it worth living in.

The businesses here (contractors, law firms, hotels, breweries, accounting practices, outfitters) are run by smart, hardworking people who know their industries inside and out. They don't need another app or a remote agency sending monthly reports from Portland. They need someone who learns AI and software deeply, learns their business specifically, and shows up in person.

That's what we do. Every engagement starts with us coming to you, watching how your team actually works, finding where the opportunities are, and identifying what AI can do for your business in real dollars. We build solutions tailored to your specific workflows. We stand behind our results with measurable outcomes. And we stick around every month to make it better.

We're not a software company. We're not a marketing agency. We're your neighbors, and we're here to make sure the businesses in these communities have the same tools the big guys have always had.

The Partners

Four people.
Eight decades of
enterprise engineering.

Vince Francesi 01 · Vince
Co‐Founder

Vince
Francesi

Apple → Netflix → MV

Vince has nearly three decades in tech, including time as an engineering leader at two of the most demanding technology companies in the world. At Apple, he was a key engineer behind Beats 1, Apple's live global radio station, including the scheduling and broadcast infrastructure that kept it running around the clock.

At Netflix, he led engineering teams responsible for the tools and platforms powering Netflix Original Content, the systems that moved films and shows from script to screen.

Before any of that, Vince ran Illumini, a custom software consultancy that built practical technology for small businesses out of Indiana in the mid‐2000s. That early experience shaped something two decades in Silicon Valley never erased: a genuine belief that small businesses deserve the same caliber of thinking and execution that enterprise companies take for granted.

Co‐Founder

Mira
Francesi

Apple → MV

Mira grew up in Mt. Shasta and built a career in software engineering that took her to some of the most demanding technical environments in the industry. At Apple, she spent nearly a decade as a frontend developer and tech lead on apple.com (one of the highest‐traffic, most scrutinized websites in the world) before moving into devops and release management.

At Apple she also co‐founded an internal community for women and non‐binary engineers, an early sign of the instinct that still shapes how she works: build things that support the people who use them.

That same instinct is what she brings to MV. Mira grew up in these communities, and building technology that helps them thrive isn't just work to her. It's a commitment to the place that made her, and to the people who call it home.

Lindsay
Kerr

Symantec → GitLab → Netflix → MV

Lindsay has spent decades helping engineering teams move faster without breaking what matters. She builds software and scales teams by focusing on the people doing the work, not the rigid process around them, fostering trust, clear communication, and practical execution.

She spent a dozen years at Symantec, rising from full‐stack developer to global leader, then led frontend teams at GitLab across the Protect and Secure stages of its DevSecOps platform. At Netflix, she built tools for planning global production slates, then moved to Commerce, powering account management, privacy, and support.

A native Oregonian and University of Oregon graduate, she joined MV from Eugene to bring her problem‐solving and focus on client workflows back to the Willamette Valley she calls home.

Kerry
O’Brien

Beats → Apple → MV

Kerry has spent two decades in technology, building the partnerships behind the music and streaming services people use every day. At Apple, he helped launch and grow commercial partnerships and distribution for Apple Music across telecom, automotive, consumer electronics, and hospitality.

Before and after Apple, he developed and managed partnerships and product integrations across the streaming world as Director of Business Development at Beats Music, on the global music team at Amazon, and most recently as Head of Business Development at Gimme Radio, where he also managed radio production.

Building meaningful, lasting and successful relationships with partners and customers is what he finds most fulfilling. He is focused on bringing that same spirit of partnership and care to the businesses and communities of the North State and Southern Oregon. Today he lives in Mt. Shasta, where he also serves on the school board for the local public school district.

What We Believe

Enterprise process.
Small‐business stakes.
Local accountability.

A short list of operating principles. They aren't aspirations. They're the way every engagement actually runs.

01

Solution‐first, never fear‐first.

We frame what AI enables, not what you'd lose if you ignored it. Confidence without arrogance.

02

Outcome‐led, not capability‐led.

Headlines are revenue, overhead, and throughput. Not whatever model we used under the hood.

03

Augment, never replace.

AI makes your team more effective. It doesn't get to replace the human touchpoints your customers came for.

04

General at the top, specific in the verticals.

The homepage stays broad. The work stays specific. We don't sell a generic playbook.

05

Show, then ship.

You see exactly how a solution works before anything goes live. Soft roll‐out, then open it up fully.

06

Show up in person.

We come to you. Two hours at your place of business beats two months of remote discovery calls.
